Dianne & Matt | Wedding

Wedding season is officially in full swing! I am so excited for what this season has to bring. Today's post is from Dianne & Matt's intimate bed & breakfast wedding. The wedding took place at the Morning Glory Inn - a charming and cozy b&b located in the heart of the South Side.

This couple was so fun to work with, not to mention they brought their furry friends in for some formal portraits. The details of this place mixed with their personal touches really knocked it out of the park.

Matt & Dianne were most looking forward to their first-look. I absolutely love when couples decide to do a first-look, as it's such a beautiful moment to capture. A first-look is also the perfect opportunity for the couple to share some time alone on their big day. The wedding day flies by and before you know it, it's already finished. The first-look slows things down for a minute and allows the couple to really live and feel in the moment.

My second shooter on this wedding was Kate. We both captured some beautiful moments that day!

Seth & Sarah | Wedding

TGIF my friends! I'm so happy to share with you this incredibly cool and laid-back wedding. Seth & Sarah held an intimate ceremony and reception at The Union Hall. The Union Hall is the upstairs floor of Bar Marco and it was giving me all the industrial feels.

Oh, and can I just say..this was my first wedding of the season and it was 80 degrees outside. Forget Spring, I'm ready for summer now!

We captured the first look at the new Homewood Suites in the Strip District and then adventured around the area for some gorgeous portraits.

My second photographer that day was Kate! We seriously rocked these portraits and had such a fun time documenting their day.

As you look through these, keep and eye out for the broccoli bouquet. Yes, you read that right..broccoli. Sarah wanted a bouquet of only greens (which is so stunning btw) and her sister, being the maid of honor and acting as sisters do, opted for broccoli in the bouquet. HAH! I love it and thought it was so hysterical.

Jess & Krishna | Wedding

It's Monday, it's March, and most importantly it's sunny today! It may still be freezing out, but I'm hopeful for the warm weather to come!! :) That means spring is right around the corner. I thought I would celebrate this beautiful sunny day and share this gorgeous outdoor wedding.

Jess & Krishna said their vowels last August at Sanaview Farms. Their wedding was colorful and lively, with traditional South Indian influence. I enjoyed this wedding so much because not only did Jess & Krishna start their lives together, but they brought together their families and friends and became one beautiful, multicultural family.

What I liked most was their wedding ceremony. It took place outside, on top of a hill, in a small clearing in the woods. They began with a traditional Hindu ceremony. At the end of the ceremony, Jess & Krishna exited, only to come back a few minutes later in new outfits for their western ceremony. Both were equally as beautiful and I loved the blending of traditions.

I photographed this wedding alongside Katelyn Cataldo Collections. Working with Kate is so much fun - we work so well with one another.

Katy & Phil | Wedding

Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day has always been one of my favorite holidays because it celebrates LOVE. It's not just about chocolates and flowers, but it's a day dedicated to showing your appreciation for the people that mean the most to you. Don't get me wrong, I think a holiday where chocolate is the common gift, is the best kind of holiday. ;)

Today's post celebrates the love of one really special couple, Katy & Phil. Their bohemian chic wedding took place at the gorgeous Raystown Lake Resort in Entriken, PA. The shades of blue in their color palette paired wonderfully with the fresh hydrangea bouquets. The weather could not have been more perfect, it was sunny, warm, and breezy on this early August day.

I photographed this wedding as a second photographer for Katelyn Cataldo Collections. She's the bomb.com and I love working along side her!
