How exciting?! - I'm FINALLY starting a blog. Eeekk! Now, I get to share even more with you all.
I thought I would begin with one of my first weddings ever, well maybe this was the third - but close enough! It feels good to take a look at where I started. The change from then to now really proves that with hard work and persistence, practice can make perfect.
What I really loved about this wedding was the energy of Kellee & Matthew. They were full of smiles and laughter all day long and it showed in their photographs. All of their locations were beautiful. I could tell that Kellee & her bridesmaids put a lot of effort in their details and planning. I lovedddd the gold theme - very classic!
So the bride started her day at J.E.T Salon in Oakmont. She truly received the treatment of a queen by those wonderful stylists! That salon was so cute and they did a fantastic job on all of the ladies. While the girls were getting pampered, the guys started with a fresh shave at The Art of Shaving at Ross Park Mall. That's a pretty fantastic idea for the groomsmen if you ask me! Afterwards, each of the parties retreated to their families homes where they finished getting ready. They said I DO in the early afternoon at Trinity United Christian Church. Then we made our way to their wedding reception at Twelve Oaks Mansion.
Let me just say, these folks know how to par-tay! The energy in the room was high and these guys loved to dance. I definitely captured some priceless moments that night. Not to mention their PIZZA break for the end of the night! YES - PIZZA BREAK. Sign me up! Before the end of the reception they had a ton of pizzas delivered so everyone could refuel and carry on. Did I mention that they knew how to party?! ;)
